At Euybike, we value each and every single customer, and customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are trying our best to speed up the process, making your package arrive as soon as possible. Your patience will be highly appreciated. Thanks for your understanding.

COSTS DESTINATIONS TAX


Currently, we provide FREE Shipping to all provinces in Canada, but we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
Notice: All of our products are tax-free, you will not be charged with sale tax.

Shipping Time

In-stock orders usually ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking numbers within 3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS. It may take 2-5 business days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS. For the areas that are far away from the Euybike Canada warehouse, it will take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. Any delivery dates provided by Euybike are estimates. In the event of natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, etc., we will rely on UPS's official shipping notice.

SHIPPING CHANGES Order Cancellation


Before shipping

Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order within 3 hours, no handling fee will be charged. If a customer has ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, no processing fee will be charged for the original order.

If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 5% of the ebike cost will be charged as a processing fee.

Change of Address: No charge fee.

Replacement bike model: No charge fee.

After shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the e-bike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $30 CAD will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the e-bike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

Replacements and exchanges: If you successfully exchange the item, $30 CAD will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the e-bike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

ORDER TRACKING


You can track your order, shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered your account on ca.euybike.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, please send an email to service_ca@euybike.com. We will get back to you within 1 business day.

You can check your order even if you aren't a register Euybike user. You just need your email and order number.

If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact UPS to solve this issue.
